We are seeking people and organizations who will partner with us to fund this amazing opportunity for special needs students and their parents.  Funding two full-time staff is costly, and our vision is to add on more staff as additional students apply.  Dream Rising is a nonprofit organization, all funds will go directly to help special needs children receive an education that would not otherwise be available to them.​​
